LAND & CONSTRUCTION SURVEYOR

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land & Construction Surveyor to oversee and execute surveying tasks related to land development, construction projects, and infrastructure works.

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land and construction surveying.
• Experience with infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in total stations, GNSS/GPS, digital levels, and laser scanning.
• Proficiency in survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, or Leica Infinity.
• Familiarity with GIS and remote sensing is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

✅ Additional Key Requirement: Knowledge of Site Set-Out (Layout) Expertise:

• Must have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in site set-out for construction works, including:
• Marking the exact location of buildings, roads, utilities, and infrastructure according to design plans.
• Setting out levels, reference points, and control lines for excavation, foundations, columns, walls, and finishing works.
• Coordinating with site engineers and construction managers to ensure timely and correct implementation of set-out tasks.
• Ensuring set-out is aligned with project specifications and tolerances.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
