We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Personnel with a passion for interior and lighting design to join our growing team in Architectural Led Lighting Field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our interior design services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, and online research. Collaborate with the design team to understand offerings and create tailored solutions for clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Business Development or Sales (preferably from Interior Design, Architecture, or Architectural Lighting Vertical) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of interior design services and project life cycles. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
