📞 Telecaller – Client Appointment Executive (Tamil & English Fluent)📍 Location: Lammy Salon, Valasaravakkam, Chennai 🕒 Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives 📅 Weekly Off: Tuesday (Weekend work required) 🔹 Role Summary Lammy Salon is looking for an experienced and well-spoken Telecaller to manage client calls and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments. You will be the first point of contact for clients over the phone, helping them with service details, availability, and bookings. Your role is crucial in delivering a professional and welcoming experience to every caller. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Attend incoming client calls and provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability Convert calls and leads into confirmed appointments Follow up with clients for appointment confirmations and reminders Maintain an organized booking schedule Coordinate with the in-house team to ensure smooth client flow Keep a log of inquiries and appointment statuses 🔹 Requirements Fluent in both Tamil and English (Mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a client-facing role Strong verbal communication and listening skills Professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor Ability to handle multiple calls and update records efficiently Basic familiarity with booking systems or willingness to learn quickly 🔹 What We Offer Fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 Attractive incentives based on performance and targets Professional and supportive salon environment Opportunity to be part of a growing premium salon brand
