Job Title: Telesales Executive Department: Sales / Telemarketing Location: Feelkhana, Hyderabad Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader Employment Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Contract] Job Summary:The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers. The role involves explaining products or services, handling customer queries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and goal-driven. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services. Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers. Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Answer questions about products, pricing, or company policies. Handle customer objections effectively and close deals over the phone. Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients at all times. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching for continuous improvement. Provide feedback on customer responses, market trends, and competitor activity. Qualifications & Skills:Minimum diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus. Proven minimum 1 year experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Patience, resilience, and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Working Conditions:Office-based with extensive phone communication. May involve working in shifts, weekends, or holidays, depending on the business.
