Key Responsibilities:Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently. Issue receipts, refunds, and change while maintaining proper transaction records. Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Maintain billing accuracy and ensure all sales are properly recorded in the POS system. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving billing-related concerns. Verify and reconcile daily cash collections and prepare reports for accounting. Ensure proper handling of coupons, discounts, and vouchers as per company policy. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter. Follow all security and safety procedures while handling cash and confidential information. Coordinate with the sales and inventory team to ensure smooth billing operations. Shift - 1030 AM - 9PM
