Job Summary: The Librarian will be responsible for managing the institute’s library and digital resource center, ensuring students and faculty have access to the best academic materials. The role includes organizing, cataloging, and maintaining physical and digital study resources related to NEET, JEE, and related competitive exams. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily library operations — issuing, returning, and maintaining records of books and materials. Organize and catalog textbooks, reference materials, previous year papers, and digital content. Maintain an updated inventory of NEET & JEE-related resources, including study materials, notes, and question banks. Assist students and faculty in locating and using library resources effectively. Implement systems for easy access, borrowing, and tracking of materials (manual or software-based). Maintain discipline and a quiet, studious environment in the library. Recommend and procure new books or resources as per syllabus updates and faculty suggestions. Ensure proper maintenance, labeling, and safety of library property. Position Overview The Classroom Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day classroom activities, coordinating between faculty, students, and administration, and ensuring all academic schedules and resources run efficiently. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced educational setting. Key Responsibilities Academic Coordination: Maintain daily and weekly timetables for classes, tests, and doubt sessions. Coordinate between teaching faculty, academic planners, and students to ensure timely delivery of lessons. Monitor attendance of students and faculty and ensure accurate records. Classroom Management: Ensure classrooms are properly set up before each session (attendance sheets, study materials, equipment). Handle class substitutions and last-minute schedule adjustments. Ensure the cleanliness, discipline, and orderliness of classrooms. Faculty Coordination: Communicate class schedules, changes, and important updates to faculty. Collect and manage lecture plans, feedback forms, and attendance from teachers. Support faculty in arranging tests, presentations, or lab sessions if applicable. Student Support: Address routine student queries regarding schedules, tests, or faculty availability. Maintain discipline and decorum within classrooms and corridors. Assist in organizing orientation programs, mock tests, and academic events. Data & Reporting: Maintain records of attendance, test marks, and performance reports. Generate academic and administrative reports as required by management. Assist in maintaining the attendance in Institute Management System (IMS). Coordination with Administration: Liaise with HR, front office, and academic departments for daily operational needs. Ensure timely communication between students, faculty, and the management.
