My daughter wants to wear Elsa dress on her 8th birthday. And Rose boutique justified it...a very beautiful dress has been stitched by Mrs. Rani. She has rude behaviour toward customer. She behaves like she is running government office, and during her off time if you ask any questions she replies very rudely/argumentive.and more over she doesn't deliver on time. You will neend 2-3 round to get you stuff
