Job Description: Automotive Service Advisor Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our automotive service department. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring that service appointments are scheduled, customers' needs are understood, taking the vehicle for service, inspection of vehicles and all service and repair work is completed to the highest standard. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a thorough understanding of automotive systems. We would be providing the training for the same. Experience and Qualifications: 0-1 Years of experience in any industry would work Strong communication skills Willingness to learn and adapt Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. A basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
