Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles. Product Knowledge: Demonstrating vehicle features, explaining optional equipment, and providing information on performance and benefits. Sales Process: Guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Negotiation: Negotiating prices and terms of sale with customers. Paperwork: Completing necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions. Customer Follow-up: Maintaining relationships with customers after the sale, addressing concerns, and encouraging repeat business and referrals. Sales Reporting: Maintaining records of sales activities and providing regular reports to management. Professional Development: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques through training and professional development. Skills & Qualifications: Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills are crucial for building rapport with customers. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively present vehicles, negotiate prices, and close sales. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and performance. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
