We’re looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team! You will be the face of a well-established FMCG brand, visiting retail shops, building strong relationships, taking orders through a mobile application, collecting payments, and securing future business — helping us drive consistent, sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Visit assigned retail shops daily and build professional relationships with shop owners. Capture orders using our easy-to-use mobile sales application. Collect outstanding payments from retailers as per company policy. Confirm next-cycle orders and ensure future pipeline bookings. Ensure accurate and timely data entry of orders, payments, and shop feedback. Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times. Report field activities and market intelligence to the sales manager regularly. Resolve retailer queries quickly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG sales, field sales, or order-taking roles. Freshers with strong drive are also encouraged to apply! Mandatory: Valid Driver’s License (DL). Own two-wheeler for daily field visits. Personal smartphone capable of running the sales application. Skills: Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of sales and payment collection processes. Personality: Proactive, organized, and highly disciplined. Energetic and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. A relationship-builder with a customer-first attitude.
