Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Faculty of MBA at Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering, located in Mylavaram. The Faculty member will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing and grading exams, guiding student projects, developing course materials, and participating in curriculum planning. The role also involves engaging in academic research, mentoring students, and contributing to the institution's academic and extracurricular activities. Qualifications Teaching and Strategy skills Analytical Skills and Research abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods Experience in curriculum planning and development is a plus Ph.D. or equivalent in Business Administration or related field preferred Experience in educational or academic settings is highly desirable
