Key Responsibilities: Assist the cook/chef in basic food preparation (cutting vegetables, peeling, washing ingredients). Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. Help in dishwashing and keeping the workstation neat and organized. Support in packing, plating, and serving food items when required. Properly store ingredients and follow hygiene & safety standards. Dispose of waste and manage cleanliness as per restaurant guidelines. Assist other staff members during busy hours. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
