Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Explain products and services to customers and generate sales leads. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil . Previous experience in a BPO or sales process preferred (Freshers can also apply). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
