📝 Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, maintaining leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings. ⸻ 🧩 Key Responsibilities • Call prospective clients from the existing leads database. • Pitch real estate projects confidently and clearly. • Schedule site visits and follow up regularly with interested clients. • Maintain call logs and update CRM with lead status. • Coordinate with sales team for closures and client handovers. • Understand project features, pricing, and offers thoroughly. • Handle objections smartly and ensure excellent customer experience. ⸻ 🎯 Performance & Targets • Minimum 80–100 calls per day. • Target: Minimum 2–3 site visits scheduled daily. • Incentives for: • Qualified leads • Site visits • Conversions/sales closure (if applicable) ⸻ ✅ Requirements • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). • Prior telecalling or real estate sales experience preferred but not mandatory. • Confidence, patience, and persuasion skills. • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling ability. • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. ⸻ 🕒 Work Hours & Benefits • Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday) • Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives • Career growth opportunity in a fast-paced real estate environment
