Job Summary: The Accounts and Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations along with promoting the company’s products or services to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system. Manage accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts. Maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents. Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.). Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting and cost control activities. Sales & Marketing Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, visits, and online platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients. Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities. Follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in accounting and/or sales & marketing roles. Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic financial reporting. Ability to multitask and manage both accounting and sales targets efficiently. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
