Convert leads into active customers through effective sales techniques and relationship building. Maintain and update customer records, follow up with potential leads, and ensure high client satisfaction. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable membership packages and services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with the operations and matchmaking team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Attend client meetings (if required) and represent the company at events/expos. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English preferred). Ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions. Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
