Who are we looking for We are looking for a qualified Arts and Crafts Teacher with proven experience in designing and implementing age-appropriate and ability-sensitive art, drawing, and craft activities. Candidates should have prior experience working with children with special needs, along with strong interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and empathy. The ability to adapt to diverse learner needs is essential. Knowledge of therapeutic art practices will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate and ability-sensitive drawing, art and craft activities. Integrate therapeutic and educational goals into the lesson plan Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and adaptive lessons using a variety of media (e.g., painting, drawing, sculpture, collage). Modify activities and materials to accommodate students with different abilities and learning styles. Encourage student participation and self-expression in a supportive and inclusive environment. Assessment and Reporting: Observe and evaluate student progress and document achievements. Collaborate with special educators and therapists to set individual goals and strategies.
