The Role As our Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to run daily kitchen operations, lead the team, and bring creativity to our menus. You’ll also step up to take charge whenever the Head Chef is unavailable. Key Responsibilities • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations • Take charge of the kitchen and team in the Head Chef’s absence • Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes • Contribute to menu development and innovation • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards • Manage inventory and assist with cost control Requirements • Proven experience as Sous Chef or strong experience as Junior Sous Chef in a professional, high-volume restaurant • Solid knowledge of Asian cuisine (hotpot/Korean BBQ experience is a plus) • Leadership skills and ability to train and inspire a team • Creative flair and attention to detail • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities What We Offer • Be part of the founding pre-opening team • Opportunity to grow with a fresh, innovative restaurant brand • Supportive, collaborative work environment • Staff meals provided • Competitive salary based on experience 📩 Apply by sending your CV to reubensootingzamal@gmail.com
