- Manage intangible business valuation engagements in collaboration with the U.S. senior managers and PPMDs - Communication with U.S. engagement teams (including valuation and audit) and external clients - Mentor and supervise engagement teams - Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships across U.S. - Identify issues and propose strategies related to process improvement - Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members - Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided - Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to our as well as the client's business - Assisting internal clients on client development and practice development assignments Skills: - Experience in broad-based business and financial valuations and multi-discipline appraisals, including those of closely held companies - Technical expertise in business enterprise and intangible asset valuation products such as ASC 350, ASC 805 and ASC 820 - Excellent thoughtfulness, project management, communication, interpersonal and teaming skills - Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment - Advanced knowledge and experience in any of the following sectors will be added advantage - financial services, oil & gas, technology, consumer products, power and utilities and life science - Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written (including technical writing), and presentation skills - Willingness and ability to travel, when required
