Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Footwear Designer located in Ringas. The Footwear Designer will be responsible for designing and developing footwear products, creating technical drawing, product design, industrial design, mood boards, and managing the product development process. Responsibilities: • Create innovative footwear design concepts. • Work with Design Management, Development, and Marketing personnel to collaborate on Design projects to maximize effectiveness and build products to target cost • Understanding of fashion trends and directions through travel, shopping the markets, Trade shows and researching the competition. • Build and present seasonal product strategies and trend boards • Constant interaction with Merchandisers on all aspects of product line plans, briefs, color palettes, pricing, themes, graphics, and strategies. • Work closely with the founders on schedules and adhere to the product calendar, ensuring development projects are on track. • Working with developers/materials team to coordinate and develop new materials, constructions, processes, and procedures. • Responsible for getting prototypes and samples executed to reflect the concept and design you created. Requirements: • Knowledge and understanding of competitors' top sellers, technologies, styling, colors, strategies and pricing. • Ability to sketch shoes accurately and proportionately & provide detailed specifications. • Must understand the footwear production process at the factory level. • Must have advanced skills in Photoshop / Illustrator and 3-D design programs. • Must have great communication/presentation skills and work well with others. • Bachelor's Degree in Footwear Design with related work experience. • Should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive, shoe designing experience and knowledge of shoe construction and materials. • Proficient with 3D tools Rhino, Key Short, Blender, Autocad, Shoemaster.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities including billing, voucher entries, and E-Way bill generation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company accounts using Tally ERP software. Prepare and issue sales and purchase invoices accurately and timely. Generate and manage E-Way Bills as per GST requirements. Record daily accounting transactions, vouchers, and entries. Assist in bank reconciliations, GST filing, and other accounting tasks. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment follow-ups. Requirements: Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role. Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bills, and basic accounting principles. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience.
