We are looking for a reliable person to calibrate and test mechanical tools and equipment. You will check that measuring instruments work correctly and meet required standards. Training will be provided. >What You'll Do - Test and calibrate tools like torque wrenches, Measuring Scales, Pressure, and speed meters - Follow step-by-step procedures to check if tools are working correctly - Fill out paperwork and certificates when calibration is complete - Keep detailed records of all work performed - Clean and maintain calibration equipment >Quality Checks - Make sure all measurements are accurate - Report any problems with equipment - Follow safety procedures at all times - Keep work area organized and clean >Requirements -Contract Work Bond- 02 Years -Probation Period- 3 Months >Education - Mechanical Engineer or diploma in Mechanical - Technical school certificate helpful but not required - Willing to learn on the job >Experience - 1-2 years working with tools or mechanical equipment preferred, Fresher can also apply - Experience in manufacturing, or similar field helpful - No prior calibration experience required - we will train you >Skills You Need - Good with your hands and attention to detail - Able to follow written instructions carefully - Basic math skills - Can read measuring tools like Measuring Scales and gauges - Reliable and punctual >Personal Qualities - Patient and careful worker - Good eyesight (or corrected vision) - Can stand for long periods - Works well alone or with a team >What We Offer - Starting salary: Rs. 12000/- to 15000/- - Full training provided - Paid vacation and sick days - Steady, full-time work - Opportunities to learn new skills >Work Environment - Clean, indoor workshop - Normal business hours (Monday-Saturday, 9:30am to 6pm) - Some overtime available during busy periods - Safe, organized workplace >How to Apply - Bring or email your resume - Tell us about any experience with tools or mechanical work - References from previous jobs helpful - We will train the right person even without experience *We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified applicants. *
