Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Hyderabad and Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for a Service Engineer with 12 years of experience in the field of laboratory equipment service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in servicing Freeze Drying Systems (Lyophilizes), Biosafety Cabinets, and other related laboratory instruments. This role requires a technically skilled individual who can ensure the smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities Installation, commissioning, and qualification of laboratory equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and validation as per standard protocols. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner. Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports. Provide technical support and user training to customers. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards. Coordinate with the service team for spare parts, escalations, and technical updates. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in laboratory equipment service. Hands-on exposure to Freeze Drying Systems and Biosafety Cabinets preferred. Strong technical knowledge with analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel to customer sites as per service requirements. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
