Location : Pitampura Company's Name : Labour Law Advisory India Key Responsibilities: Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests/clients in a polite and professional manner. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Inform relevant employees about visitor arrivals. Telephone Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide accurate information and take messages if required. Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area. Ensure that reading material, brochures, or company profiles are updated and neatly arranged. Administrative Support: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Assist in scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms. Support HR/admin in documentation or clerical tasks as needed. Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for visitor protocols. Assist in managing appointments, calendars, or event registrations. Office Supplies: Monitor and manage the front desk inventory (stationery, forms, ID cards, etc.). Record Maintenance: Maintain records of couriers, inwards/outwards registers, and visitor logs. Support data entry or report generation if required. Experience : 1-3 years Working Experience as Front Office Executive.
