Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Job Summary:We are seeking hardworking and reliable Labour Helpers (Mazdoors) to assist in day-to-day operations. The role involves manual work, lifting, carrying, and supporting skilled workers in construction, factory, or warehouse settings. Key Responsibilities:Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and products as directed. Assist skilled workers (carpenters, masons, plumbers, electricians, operators, etc.) in their daily tasks. Maintain cleanliness of the workplace, tools, and equipment. Carry out simple tasks such as mixing materials, fetching tools, holding equipment, etc. Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure safety standards are maintained. Operate basic hand tools and machinery (if required, after training). Dispose of waste materials properly. Perform any other general labour work assigned by the supervisor/management. Requirements:Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads. Willingness to work in different environments (construction sites, factory floor, warehouse, etc.). Basic understanding of safety practices. Team player with a positive attitude. No specific education required (literacy preferred). Previous experience as a labour/helper/mazdoor is an advantage. Working Conditions:Full-time, on-site job. Work involves physical labour, outdoor/indoor tasks, and sometimes long hours. Protective gear will be provided where necessary. Salary & Benefits:As per industry standards / Minimum Wages Act.
