Job Summary:

We are hiring a Labour Compliance Auditor / Field Executive to conduct labour law audits at client sites and handle PF/ESIC office follow-ups. The role involves checking client documentation, ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, CLRA, BOCW, etc.), and visiting government offices for registration, inspections, and claim work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client sites to audit compliance documents and registers
• Verify if clients have necessary licences (e.g., CLRA Licence, BOCW Registration, etc.)
• Check if clients are paying PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF for all eligible employees
• Inspect statutory registers like Muster Roll, Wages Register, Bonus Register, Leave Register, etc.
• Follow up at EPFO, ESIC, Labour Office, and other government departments for:
• Registration work
• PF Claims
• Licence applications and renewals
• Submission of required forms and documents
• Assist internal team in preparing client audit reports
• Help clients with labour inspection readiness

Eligibility:

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience: Freshers
• Skills Required:
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, CLRA, BOCW
• Good communication (Hindi & basic English)
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Vasai, and nearby areas for audits and office follow-ups
• Two-wheeler license preferred (not compulsory)
