We are a premium women’s wear clothing brand looking for an experienced Master Ji to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in pattern cutting, garment sampling, fabric cutting, and production guidance. You will play a key role in developing new designs and ensuring perfect fits for our collections.Pattern making & cutting for women’s western wear (all sizes). Sampling and development of new garments as per design sketches or references. Fabric cutting with precision and minimal wastage. Supervising & guiding the stitching team for proper construction and finishing. Ensuring timely completion of sampling and production targets. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Ji in the garment industry. Strong knowledge of women’s wear construction and different fabrics. Ability to work with both manual & industrial sewing techniques. Attention to detail and ability to maintain premium finishing standards. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
