As we enter our next phase of expansion, we are looking for a dynamic leader to scale the company to new heights. --- Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and aggressive Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take full ownership of sales, operations, customer experience, and branch performance. This role is critical to achieving our vision of 30% year-on-year growth in both top line and bottom line. --- Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Sales & Revenue Growth Drive aggressive sales targets across all branches. Create and monitor branch-wise revenue plans, conversion metrics, and incentive structures. Implement CRM and sales performance tools to track and optimize pipeline efficiency. 🔹 Operations Management Oversee daily operations across all 10 branches to ensure SOP compliance, service quality, and profitability. Identify and fix operational inefficiencies, cost leakages, and customer pain points. Lead cross-functional teams (sales, therapists, managers, admin) with a focus on discipline and output. 🔹 Expansion & Growth Develop and execute a scalable plan to open new clinics across Pan India. Explore franchise or partnership models for regional growth. Establish new business verticals or high-margin services. 🔹 People & Performance Leadership Lead, coach, and motivate a 125+ person team across cities. Build a high-performance culture with performance-based reviews and team development. Hire and retain high-potential staff across sales, operations, and clinical functions. 🔹 Customer & Brand Focus Ensure a seamless customer journey and high satisfaction across all touchpoints. Collaborate with digital/brand teams to drive lead generation and retention. --- Candidate Profile: Minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing both sales and operations. Proven track record in consumer-facing, service-based industries like: Aesthetic Clinics (e.g. VLCC, Oliva, Kaya) Health/Wellness (e.g. Apollo Clinics, Cult.fit, Bodycarft, dental clinics ) Retail/FMCG Chains (e.g. Lenskart, Urban Company, Naturals, Banking, Chain of Restaurants, ) Strong command over sales process, team motivation, KPIs, CRM, and branch-level P&L management. High energy, result-driven, execution-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills. Willing to travel frequently across South India. --- Why Join Us?
