About Us: Label NOBO (No Boundaries) is a fast-growing women’s fashion brand offering premium-affordable Indianwear, Westernwear, and Fusion clothing. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to manage backend operations, inventory, and e-commerce order flow. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain and update daily records of fabrics, trims, finished goods, and stock movement. Track inward and outward inventory in Excel/Google Sheets. Prepare costing & pricing sheets for products. E-commerce Order Fulfillment Manage orders via Shopify (processing, invoicing, order status updates). Coordinate with courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.) for dispatches. Raise tickets/escalations for shipping or delivery issues. Office & Operations Support Prepare Excel reports for sales, stock, and order tracking. Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. Requirements: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Basic knowledge of Shopify or willingness to learn quickly. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Prior experience in e-commerce operations or inventory handling is preferred. Communication skills in English and Hindi.
