Lab Testing & Audit

Job Title: Lab Testing and Audit Executive – FMCG

Location: Kundli, Haryana

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years in Lab Testing / QA / QC in FMCG (Food, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.)

Salary:

₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skillset and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lab testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Conduct microbiological and chemical analysis as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain records of test results and prepare lab reports for internal audit purposes.
• Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.) with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations applicable to FMCG manufacturing.
• Calibrate lab equipment regularly and maintain inventory of testing reagents and tools.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA).

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP).
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment like HPLC, pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.
• Good understanding of audit protocols and quality control systems.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, ERP entry preferred).

Education Qualification:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
