Role Description · Responsible for handling B2B (school, colleges, institutes, Industry, hospitals , diagnostic centres regarding sales & helping them with readymade solutions regarding product availability, new product launch and warehouse solutions. · Generate new Customer as per the business requirement. · Playing a key role in acquiring, on-boarding and engaging the right set of customers. · Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking etc. · To get the maximum mileage from the customer by providing one-to-one support. · Introduction of new product and existing, price negotiation, listing of products, contract management. · To ensure consumer satisfaction through effective after sales service, pre- order and post-order service.
