Lab Technician

As a Laboratory Technician at our company in Hosur, your role involves a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations in the laboratory. You will be responsible for receiving, labeling, and analyzing samples such as blood, toxic substances, and tissues. Additionally, you will be designing and conducting laboratory tests following standard procedures, observing and interpreting findings. Your duties will also include performing experiments under defined conditions to confirm or reject hypotheses using scientific methods. It will be your responsibility to organize and store all chemicals, fluids, and gases as per safety guidelines. Moreover, you will be recording all data and results accurately in specified forms, both paper and electronic. As part of your role, you will be maintaining laboratory equipment and assisting in ordering supplies. It is essential to strictly follow safety guidelines at all times and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field - Proven experience working in a laboratory setting - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data - Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures - Ability to work in rotational shifts and in person at the Hosur location In addition to your responsibilities, you will benefit from paid sick time and Provident Fund.
