Lab Technician - Laboratory Medicine

We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our team at Apollo Hospitals, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory medicine department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results with high accuracy and precision.


• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.


• Prepare and maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and develop treatment plans.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.


• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to improve laboratory services.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.


• Possess strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, including blood collection, testing, and analysis.


• Demonstrate excellent technical skills, including proficiency in operating laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, ph meters, and pipettes.


• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues and patients.
