Lab Technician (female) - Medical Center

We are looking for a skilled and patient-friendly Phlebotomist to join our clinic. The candidate will be responsible for drawing blood samples, labeling, and preparing them for diagnostic testing, while ensuring high standards of hygiene and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draw blood using venipuncture and other standard techniques.
• Label, handle, and store blood samples properly.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after the procedure.
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of equipment and workspace.
• Track sample inventory and manage phlebotomy supplies.
• Adhere strictly to clinical safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• DMLT or equivalent diploma in medical lab technology.
• 2–5 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, or diagnostic lab.
• Good communication skills and patient interaction abilities.
• Basic understanding of biosafety and sample management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
