Lab Technician - FEMALE

As a Senior Lab Technician, your role will involve ensuring the quality and accuracy of reports by working efficiently in line with the company's standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for calibrating test parameters, taking timely corrective action for non-conforming tests, and informing the manager of any critical or suspicious results. Adhering to safety standards, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and meeting the turnaround time committed to patients are essential aspects of your responsibilities. Operating the EM 200, EC 90, and H360 equipment is part of your daily tasks, along with collecting and drawing samples neatly and with precision. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure quality and accuracy of reports - Work in line with standard operating procedures - Calibrate test parameters and take corrective action - Inform manager of critical or suspicious results - Maintain safety standards and cleanliness - Meet committed turnaround time - Operate EM 200, EC 90, H360 equipment - Collect and draw samples neatly **Qualification Required:** - Must have a valid DMLT - Total work experience of 1-3 years preferred In addition, you must be willing to commute or relocate to the Churchgate to Dadar Area before starting work. Candidates are required to follow all COVID-19 norms. The salary for this position ranges from 10,000.00 to 15,000.00 per month, depending on experience.
