What You Do

Lab Equipment Calibration

• Perform periodic calibration of all electronic instruments and tools.
  
• Maintain calibration records in alignment with industry and internal quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with certified third-party calibration agencies when required.
  

Equipment Register Maintenance

• Create and regularly update the equipment inventory register.
  
• Tag and track all lab assets systematically.
  
• Maintain equipment usage logs and complete maintenance history.
  

Lab Certification Support

• Prepare and maintain documentation required for lab certifications (ISO, NABL, etc.).
  
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, including

  ISO 13485

  .
• Coordinate with certifying bodies and support internal/external audits.
  

Electronics Rework and Testing Support

• Perform PCB rework, soldering, and component replacement (hand soldering, reflow soldering, hot-air rework for BGA/QFN).
  
• Conduct functional testing of electronic circuits and systems, including

  burn-in testing

  and

  ESS

  .
• Assist in fault diagnostics and repair using tools such as magnification systems, thermal imaging, and X-ray (if available).
  
• Identify physical defects including solder bridges, cracks, damaged traces, and thermal issues.
  

Who You Are

• Qualification:

  Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE), preferably in Electronics, ECE, or related fields.

• Experience:

  Hands-on experience in

  Electronics Testing, Quality, Lab Operations

  , or

  Test Engineering

  .
• Strong understanding of electronic components, test equipment, and lab processes.
  
• Skilled in soldering, rework techniques, debugging, and documentation.
  
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work in a structured and compliant lab environment.
