Job Description

As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to address customer issues, identify problem areas, devise creative solutions, and oversee deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing proposals, contributing to the solution design, and conducting configuration activities. Your tasks will include configuring products, conducting pilots, and addressing any queries related to requirements and design. Additionally, you will be involved in delivering solution demonstrations, workshops, and effort estimates that align with customer budgets and organizational guidelines. In this role, you will lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and strive to provide high-quality solutions to customers. Your ability to develop innovative strategies, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate effectively will be essential. You should possess knowledge of software configuration management systems, financial processes for projects, various pricing models, and have logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Moreover, you are expected to have domain knowledge in one or two industries, client interfacing skills, and experience in project and team management.
