Job Title: Lab Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Male/Female Lab Technician to join our family clinic ). T The technician will be responsible for specimen collection, diagnostic testing, equipment maintenance, and ensuring timely and accurate results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood, urine, swabs, and other specimens from patients.
• Conduct routine lab tests (e.g., CBC, blood sugar, urine analysis).
• Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision.
• Safely transport samples to partner labs or between branches when needed.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment regularly.
• Label, store, and document samples correctly.
• Generate accurate lab reports and update patient records.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain inventory of lab materials and request replenishments in a timely manner.
• Provide support for home sample collection if required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic or diagnostic lab preferred.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and phlebotomy.
• Proficient in handling lab software and report entry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
