Job Summary : The PUF Panel Manufacturing Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end operations of PUF panel production, including planning, machine operations, manpower management, quality control, and coordination with design, purchase, and dispatch teams. The role ensures timely and quality manufacturing of sandwich panels (PUF-based) to meet customer and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales and project requirements. Oversee continuous panel lines or discontinuous press lines, sheet forming, foaming, and cutting operations. Ensure optimal machine utilisation and minimise downtime through preventive maintenance. Monitor PU chemical mixing ratios and foaming process parameters for quality control. Implement and maintain ISO/quality standards in the manufacturing process. Ensure adherence to technical specifications (panel thickness, density, adhesion, etc.). Investigate defects or failures and implement corrective actions. Supervise production staff, machine operators, and helpers. Allocate tasks and monitor performance to meet production targets. Coordinate training and skill development programmes for shop floor workers. Monitor stock of raw materials like GI sheets, PU chemicals (polyol, isocyanate), adhesives, and accessories. Liaise with the purchasing and stores departments to ensure timely material availability. Minimise waste and ensure safe handling of chemicals and consumables. Collaborate with design/engineering, QA/QC, sales, and dispatch teams. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and efficiency reports. Participate in production review meetings and report bottlenecks. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed by all shop floor personnel. Maintain environmental and safety compliance in the handling of PU chemicals. Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as required. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering. Experience: 510 years in sandwich panel or insulation product manufacturing; minimum 3 years in a managerial role. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of PUF sandwich panel production. Job Summary: The HVAC Design, BOQ & Tender Documentation Engineer is responsible for preparing HVAC system designs, detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and comprehensive tender documentation in alignment with project specifications, energy efficiency standards, and applicable codes. The role includes technical coordination, design optimization, and tender assistance for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. HVAC System Design: Perform heat load calculations using software like HAP, Trace 700, or Carrier E20. Design HVAC systems including ducting, piping, ventilation, and equipment layout. Select suitable HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, etc.) as per project needs. Prepare HVAC shop drawings and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD or Revit MEP. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and other applicable standards. 2. BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed BOQs from approved drawings and technical specifications. Perform quantity take-offs for ducts, pipes, insulation, equipment, accessories, etc. Coordinate with suppliers for material rates and technical datasheets. Support in pricing of tenders and identifying scope gaps or assumptions. 3. Attend project meetings and site inspections, as needed, to validate design intent and execution feasibility. Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Diploma with relevant experience. 38 years of experience in HVAC system design, BOQ preparation, and tendering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, Revit MEP, Excel, and MS Project or similar tools. Knowledge of HVAC codes: ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant local/national standards.
