Project and Program Managers (2 positions) Primary Job Function, Accountability and Scope This position requires a extremly talented time and team management skills to planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of softwareprojects and programs on time, with in the budget and with highest quality and compliance. Products and Solutions experience LIMS, ELN, LIS, CDS, SDMS, DMS, LMS, QMS, CSV, Equipment and Systems Integrations and other relavent softwares and technolgoies. Experience 3 to 5 years industry experience in Life Science and other Manufacturing industry software projects delivery. Education Qualification Master s Degree in any relavent decipine with PMP/PRINCE 11Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other similar certifications and recognitions. Hyderabad, Delhi. Required Skills and Experience Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and partners Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
