Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive who can promote and sell our creative and digital marketing services to clients including doctors, hospitals, restaurants, real estate businesses, and other companies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with daily field visits across Gurugram and Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads from doctors, clinics, hospitals, restaurants, real estate firms, and corporates across Delhi NCR. Meet potential clients daily, especially in Gurugram, to pitch our services and convert leads into customers. Promote Lab Darshi's full suite of services: Website Designing Graphic Designing Video Production & Editing Video Recording Advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) Social Media Marketing Ads Campaign Strategy Content Creation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Schedule and conduct client meetings, give presentations, and follow up on prospects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposal creation and project execution. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide daily field activity reports. Requirements Proven experience in field sales, preferably in digital marketing or advertising services. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in cold calling and client meetings. Must be familiar with Delhi NCR routes and comfortable with field travel. Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus. Own two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory.
