Lab Chemist

Role Overview: As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards. Your responsibilities will include implementing corrective actions, maintaining a clean laboratory environment, and ensuring compliance with specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct testing and calibration activities according to Standard Testing Procedures (STP) - Manage laboratory chemicals by overseeing storage, handling, and transportation - Maintain safe working conditions and equipment safety within the laboratory - Identify and communicate any discrepancies in received samples - Monitor analysis and testing performance, analyze data, and present results - Operate instruments like GC, UV, IR, KF, perform calibration, and troubleshoot as needed - Prepare Volumetric Solutions and handle waste samples disposal in a safe manner - Generate, analyze, interpret data, and compile reports - Document and keep detailed records of quality control activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements by partnering with the Quality Assurance team Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in operating laboratory instruments and conducting analysis - Understanding of quality control procedures and practices - Ability to effectively work in a team setting - Strong focus on detail and excellent organizational skills - Good communication skills and adept at problem-solving - Knowledge of quality management systems is considered advantageous.,
