Lab Analyst - Civil

ECO Paryavaran Group is seeking a passionate and dynamic fresher Civil Engineer to join our Civil Lab team. As a Fresher Civil Engineer with a diploma in Civil Engineering, you will play a crucial role in conducting tests, analyzing materials, and ensuring the quality and safety standards of civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting in conducting laboratory tests on construction materials such as soil, concrete, and aggregates, performing data collection and analysis, and documenting test results. You will also support senior engineers in report preparation, ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures, and contribute to the research and development of innovative materials and testing techniques. Collaboration with the project team, maintenance of lab equipment and inventory, and conducting routine tests as per project requirements are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers are encouraged to apply), strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. While knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and standards is a plus, it is not mandatory. Good communication and documentation skills, along with a keen interest in environmental sustainability and civil engineering, are essential for this position. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute or relocate to Mohali, Punjab, is preferred. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is also preferred. The work location is in person.
