Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Handle day-to-day accounting functions: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts to ensure alignment between physical stock and accounting records. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly/yearly closing reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations. Process vendor payments and customer collections, ensuring timely settlement of dues. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders for audits and financial reviews. Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
