What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) This is a dynamic, field-intensive role focused on achieving targets through direct market engagement: Market Penetration: Execute on-ground strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets within your assigned territory. Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new channel partners, including retailers, distributors, and modern trade accounts. On-Ground Marketing and Office Work: Plan and execute promotions, product demonstrations, and merchandising activities to maximize brand visibility and consumer pull, with dedicated time for necessary administrative/office tasks.
