Incompetent staff, total ignorance on their behalf. Pathetic state of affairs. The delivery boy did not get change inspire of my reminding them twice as I had a 2000/- note. Still instead of cooperating and getting change from nearby he took the pizza back

Worst ever service, you will not get a single message after order and tracking. Customer service availability is just for formality. Delivery boys have no manners.

I ordered two personal pizzas, cheese is very low in quantity & pizza base is so hard like papad & one more cheap thing give only 1 sizzling in 2 pizzas & not give any tomato sauce, so overall worse experience my money is totally waste .

Not satisfied with taste of pizza .its not proper tomoto sauced based pizza .I have worked in proper Italian restaurent in singapore .I know the quality of Italian pizza and they are selling on the name of Italian pizza. That's is worst quality I have ever eat .they are not using proper tomato base for pizza ,

The food is average. But the major drawback is neither there setting arrangement nor the standing. They should place some tables so that people can place their food on it. The pizza is so average.

Everytime we order pizza we always faced the same thing..They accept the order but mever delivered on time..Always take 3hours or cancel the order without any information.They never pick up the call also..As if we are not paying..We are begging for free.

Worst ever service. They took home delivery orders but then asked the customer to pickup the order from their outlets. Worst ever service. Also, they switch off their contact options, so we won't be able to contact them.
