Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic CRO to join our team to take care of Interstate calling. The CRO will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, addressing inquiries, and driving sales or providing support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Provide information about the products or services, address inquiries, and resolve customer complaints. Follow up on customer leads and convert them into sales or appointments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales transactions. Meet or exceed call and sales targets. Offer solutions and alternative products/services to meet customer needs. Handle inbound calls from customers and provide excellent service. Update customer information in the database. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
