The Scaffolding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily scaffolding activities, including the erection and dismantling of scaffolds. The role involves managing on-site crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing fall protection for team members. The Supervisor will also be expected to ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently, meeting project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and experience in managing on-site crews Expertise in Scaffolding and Dismantling procedures Proven ability in Working at Height and implementing Fall Protection measures Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance Excellent communication and leadership abilities Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety regulations Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
