Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Labour Law and Statutory Compliance Specialist based in Mumbai. The Specialist will handle daily tasks including monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, preparing necessary documentation, conducting audits, and providing advisory services to clients. Other responsibilities include managing compliance issues, coordinating with various departments, and staying updated with the latest legal changes and requirements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and Regulatory Compliance Experience in conducting audits, preparing documentation, and offering consulting services Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in payroll management and contract staffing services is an advantage Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience working in a consulting firm is preferred
