KYC Analyst

Job Description

Conducting Quality check on completed KYC/CDD files (New & Existing Asia, EMEA & US clients) covering a wide range of different client types including PIV, SPV, Foundations, Funds, Governments, Trust, Insurance Company, Individuals, Joints, etc. as per established quality framework and meet the required agreed SLAs. Good Knowledge on PEP analysis, Ownership Unwrapping, Bearer Shares & Name Screening analysis. In-depth understanding of the KYC/CDD Policy and Procedures. Resolve issues through coordination with the PWM CIM Operations, Compliance, and PWM Management. Develop strategic automated solutions to manual processes. Review client legal agreements, onboarding paperwork, and other documents to ensure that the data was captured accurately Provide excellent client service when working with Private Wealth Management teams Utilize Excel to review large data sets and source data SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WERE LOOKING FOR Ability to interpret KYC/CDD Policy & Procedure requirements. Ability to identify the Errors/Discrepancies in the KYC/CDD files. Excellent understanding of end to end KYC/CDD process & terminologies Strong control focus and attention to detail Experience reviewing legal agreements preferred Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly Good problem solving, decision making and analytical skills Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as proficiency with web-based applications Strong Excel skills preferred, experience using excel required Excellent communication skills
