Conduct and review analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc. Supervise QC analysts and ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines. Maintain laboratory documentation, data integrity, and calibration records. Review analytical reports and ensure timely approval for batch release. Participate in deviation, OOS, and CAPA investigations. Prepare and review validation protocols, stability reports, and COAs. Coordinate with QA, Production, and R&D for smooth operations. Support internal and external audits (e.g., WHO, USFDA, MHRA). Train and guide junior QC staff on analytical methods and compliance.
